A clear structure, built around you

No two leaders face the same team, board, or stage of growth. So the structure stays the same, and what goes inside it is yours. You pick the goals. You pick what we track. And I'll push back when I think you're aiming at the wrong thing.

Step 1:
Get The Real Picture

Before we change anything, we need to see what's actually happening. Not my assumptions, and not only yours.

Sample Activities:

  • Verbal 360. I interview 8 to 12 people we choose together: direct reports, peers, and board members. No survey links. Real, confidential conversations, so people can be candid.

  • ProfileXT. An assessment that shows how you think and work, and how that fits your role.

  • Shadowing. I sit in on a few of your meetings or one-on-ones and tell you what I see.

Step 2:
Define Your Sandbox

Most leaders I meet aren't short on ambition. They're short on focus.

Sample Activities:

  • Leader's Dashboard. Your top three priorities, your values, mission, and vision, tied to company goals. This is your sandbox: clear boundaries, and real freedom inside them.

  • Where to start. We pick what you work on first, so you're not trying to fix everything at once.

Step 3:
Make It Stick

Good ideas are easy. Acting on them on a Tuesday when everything's on fire is the hard part.

Sample Activities:

  • Regular sessions. Weekly or every other week, virtual, in person, or a mix. We work through the barriers and blockers, and own the wins.

  • Between sessions. When something big comes up and you want a sounding board before you decide, reach out. I'll get back to you within 24 hours on business days. A text at 6 PM on a Friday gets an answer Monday morning.

  • Follow-up 360 at six months. I go back to the same people to see whether they notice a difference.

  • Check-in about six weeks later. On me. How you're doing, what stuck, and what's next.

If your company is paying

You're approving the invoice, so you should know what you're getting.

  • What you'll see: the goals we agree on at the start and progress against them, tied to business results: decisions, team, growth, retention.

  • What stays private: what's said in our sessions.

  • How we measure it: the Leader's Dashboard at the start, and a 360 at the start and at six months.

Where it starts: the chemistry call

Thirty minutes. You tell me what's going on, and I'll ask a lot of questions. By the end we'll both know whether working together makes sense. If it doesn't, I'll tell you. And if I know a coach who's a better fit, I'll point you to them.

it All Begins With a Conversation

Book a 30-minute chemistry call. You tell me what you're working on and what's getting in the way. We'll both know by the end whether working together makes sense. It stays between us.
